四硫磺酸鈉亮綠培養(yǎng)基（TTB）由于這類(lèi)培養(yǎng)基成分復(fù)雜，制備吋很微小的偏差都會(huì)對(duì)培養(yǎng)基的性能造成很大的影 響，因此，使用商品化的脫水培養(yǎng)基和制備好的抗生素補(bǔ)充液。

用途:用于細(xì)菌總數(shù)測(cè)定、純培養(yǎng)及保存菌種，也可用于消毒效果測(cè)定；用于沙門(mén)氏菌培養(yǎng)（GB）
性狀:有各種不同的配方，如牛肉膏粉90g、蛋白胨270g、食鹽136g、瓊脂粉520g、無(wú)水碳酸鈉9g。易潮解。加水煮沸溶化后呈淺黃色半透明液體，pH7.4（±0.2），冷至45℃開(kāi)始凝固。  稱(chēng)取本品33g，加入蒸餾水或去離子水1 L，攪拌加熱煮沸至*溶解, 分裝試管或三角瓶，121℃高壓滅菌15min備用。
貯存 旋緊瓶蓋，貯存于避光、陰涼干燥處。

抗生素的平板抑菌實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果
將萬(wàn)古霉素、頭孢噻吩、紅霉素分別以不同的濃度添加到基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)基(腦心瓊脂)中，接種定量菌液，觀察抑菌效果，以確定zui終的抗生素組合和添加濃度。結(jié)果表明，萬(wàn)古霉素、頭孢噻吩適合使用于阪崎腸桿菌選擇性培養(yǎng)，與定量抑菌實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果*；而紅霉素與定量抑菌濃度實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果不*，不適合使用于阪崎腸桿菌選擇性培養(yǎng)。
